What is the standard lead time for delivery?
Most of our stock worktops are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. For bespoke fabrication orders, such as cut-to-size stone or solid wood, please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Worktop City provides high-quality surfaces nationwide, but we do not offer direct installation. We recommend hiring a professional kitchen fitter to ensure your worktops are installed according to manufacturer guidelines.
How do I care for my solid wood worktops?
Solid wood requires regular oiling to maintain its water resistance and luster. We recommend applying a food-safe wood oil every 3-6 months, depending on usage, and wiping up spills immediately to prevent staining.
Can I request samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your own kitchen lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page for a small fee, which is often refundable against your future full order.
What happens if my worktop arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, sign for the delivery as 'damaged' and contact our customer service team within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a swift replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For larger projects, we also offer secure bank transfer options and integrated financing through our checkout partners.
